The Test Site Administrator and/or Test Site Coordinator needs to verify/confirm assessment registration details:
- Candidate Username (assigned by AAFCS using Candidate ID and State)
- Candidate First and Last Name
- Assessment Enrollment
Verification must be completed prior to Assessment Administration. Any errors (including misspelled names) must be fixed before testing occurs. Please notify AAFCS via email to correct the errors. Use test roster information from the Assessment System to prepare vouchers for candidate distribution on the day of testing. The "Test Voucher Template" is a Microsoft Word file using Avery Label #5160. Enter the candidate information, print on labels, and adhere to index cards for easy voucher preparation.
