Gwynn Mason began her career with AAFCS in November 1999 as publications specialist. She was initially drawn to the position at the Association because of her background in sociology and not-for-profit work with families. Through on-going training and experience, she honed her knowledge and skills in communications and worked her way up to the position of senior director. As senior director of communications and marketing, Gwynn oversees the Association's publications, website, social media, public relations, brand, and marketing initiatives.
